Our couriers deliver to you in Paris and throughout Ile-de-France from Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Delivery date
- Valentine's Day Bouquets: Order anytime for delivery by Monday, February 14.
- Timeless Bouquets: Order before 2 p.m. to be delivered during the day (except Sunday)
- Signature Bouquets: Delivered within 1 to 2 working days.
- Creation Bouquets: Order before 2 p.m. to be delivered during the day (except Sunday).

Delivery schedule
When we receive your order, we contact you by phone to agree on a delivery schedule.
If the order is addressed to another person, we contact this person by telephone in order to agree on a delivery schedule.
We undertake to inform you by e-mail or telephone in the event of non-delivery (recipient absent or unavailable).
