TERMS OF SALES

These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand: by the company Chapelle Event via the site www.stephane-chapelle.fr,

and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website www.stephane-chapelle.fr.

All stipulations and legal notices of the site www.stephane-chapelle.fr are written in French. In the event of translation, only the French language version of the sales conditions of the Chapelle Event company via the site www.stephane-chapelle.fr will be applicable; contracts can only be concluded in French. If one or more of the conditions of these general conditions are held to be invalid, the other conditions will retain their full value.
 

Article 1 – Summary of content
 

These conditions of sale are intended to define the contractual relationship with the company Chapelle Event through the commercial site www.stephane-chapelle.fr , as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made whether you are a professional or an individual. The acquisition of a good or a service through this site implies that you fully accept these conditions of sale.

These conditions of sale will prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by the company Chapelle Event. The latter reserves the right to be able to modify its conditions of sale at any time, in which case, the conditions applied will be those in place on the date of your order.
 

Article 2 – Characteristics
 

The products offered are those which appear on the site www.stephane-chapelle.fr. These products are available while stocks last. The photographs on the www.stephane-chapelle.fr site are as accurate as possible but cannot under any circumstances be faithfully similar to the product delivered; we depend on the seasons, we ensure the order according to stocks and arrivals. In the event of an availability problem, we reserve the right to substitute a product with another in season and of equivalent quality without notice.

However, we are committed to providing our best efforts to ensure that the delivered floral product resembles the photograph of the chosen floral product as closely as possible, in particular as regards the shape, the dominant color and the dominant flowers, and while respecting the price formula you have chosen.

We reserve the right not to attach messages containing vulgar, defamatory, obscene, sexist, abusive or racist comments.
 

Article 3 – Delivery
 

We deliver to Paris and Ile-de-France. Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form. For any other destination, contact us by email. Delivery outside the area possible on estimate.

The order will be processed within 24 hours; working days; and we deliver as soon as the recipient's availability is confirmed. However, we make every effort to ensure that you are delivered promptly.

We undertake to inform you by e-mail in the event of refusal of delivery by the recipient.

We decline all responsibility in the event of an error in the recipient's contact details resulting in the impossibility of insuring your order and in cases of force majeure (strikes, demonstrations, bad weather, accidents, etc.).

 

Article 4 – Price

The prices appearing on the site www.stephane-chapelle.fr are prices inclusive of VAT (all taxes included) in euros taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of your order; any change in the rate may be passed on to the price of the products. We reserve the right to modify these prices at any time, the price listed in the catalog on the day of your order will be the only one applicable to you. The prices indicated on the wwwstephane-chapelle.fr website include order processing costs. Transport and delivery costs are added to the prices indicated; you will be informed of the amount of the delivery costs and the total price of your order at the latest before confirmation of the order.
 

Article 5 – Order
 

To place an order, please:

- Fill in the identification form on which you will indicate all the details requested; we ask you to be as complete as possible in your contact details or in those of the person to whom you intend your order (name, address, telephone number but also digicode, floor, etc.);

- Fill out the online order form giving all the references of the chosen products;

- Validate your choice of products;

- Take note of the delivery costs;

- Make the payment under the conditions provided;

- Confirm your order and its payment.

Confirmation of the order entails acceptance of these conditions of sale, acknowledgment of having perfect knowledge of them and waiver of the right to invoke your own conditions of purchase or other conditions. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. Confirmation will be worth signing and acceptance of transactions. We will send you confirmation of the registered order by email. The conclusion of the sales contract will only take place if the order is accepted. Indeed, we reserve the right not to register a payment and therefore not to confirm an order. As a sponsor, you are responsible for your order; the data announced commits you once the order has been validated.
 

Article 6 – Payment
 

The price is payable when ordering. We do not have access to your bank details at any time.

Payments will be made by credit card (they will be made through the secure Lyra system)

An invoice will be sent to you by e-mail.  
 

Article 7 – Complaint
 

In the event of a complaint, we invite you to send us a photograph of the product upon receipt of it so that we can see the defect. The product will then be exchanged.
 

Article 8 – Protection of personal data

Section 9
    Mediation
 

In the event of a dispute, the Customer must send his complaint by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the head office or by e-mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the CHAPELLE EVENT e-mail address.

After a period of fifteen (15) calendar days from the validation by the Seller of the order, no complaint is taken into account.

In the event of failure of the complaint with CHAPELLE EVENT or in the absence of a response within ninety (90) calendar days from the date of the complaint, the Customer may submit the dispute relating to the order, to the online contract on the Site or to these T&Cs at CMAP, In accordance with the CMAP mediation rules to which the parties declare that they adhere.

The mediator appointed by the CMAP will attempt, in complete independence and impartiality, to bring the parties together with a view to reaching an amicable solution.

However, the parties to the contract remain free to accept or refuse recourse to mediation as well as, in the event of recourse to mediation, to accept or refuse the solution proposed by the mediator.
 

Article 10 – Dispute
 

These online sales conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is attributed to the competent courts of Paris, notwithstanding plurality of defendants or warranty claim.
 

Article 11 – Intellectual property
 

Chapelle Event is the owner of the website www.stephane-chapelle.fr

This site in its entirety is protected by intellectual property. The reproduction, downloading, copying, representation, even partial, of any element of the site (logo, brand, photograph, text, etc.) is prohibited.
